Our Building Design Specialty
ETA, Inc. utilizes a Building Design Process that empowers any building owner or their contractor to do the Building Design Planning and reduce their building design cost.
The ETA, Inc. Building Design Process allows a contractor to focus on the things they do well (plan construction and build the plan), and frees the contractor from the time consuming and complex process of developing UCC compliant construction documents for the floor plan they know how to build but cannot document all of the correct code compliant information to meet local Municipality UCC Plan Review Regulations.
ETA, Inc. clients use either CAD (SoftPlan, AutoCAD, or Revit) or pencil and paper to document their Building Design Planning work on preliminary scale floor plans.
ETA, Inc. turns our client's project planning floor plans into UCC compliant construction documents using our Computer Aided Building Design Construction Documents system.
